Innovation & Support Center

The Innovation and Support Centre (ISC) was set up by the Information Technology Authority of Oman (ITA) as a joint venture with Microsoft to impart world-class IT training to Oman’s public sector employees. This venture has enjoyed an exemplary success.
 
The ISC is an ambitious government initiative to create an ICT hub in Oman with world-class capabilities, led and operated by highly trained Omani talent.

Its key mission is to provide quality integrated support and IT solutions to government bodies through customer-friendly ethos, while training young Omani professionals to become proactive participants in Oman’s digital society.
 
As an added incentive, over the last few months, more than 200 employees from over 40 different government entities have attended in-depth technical training programmes and workshops at the ISC training facility.
