- Provide awareness of the Microsoft platform and how it applies to the services architecture at each entity level.
- Provide broad solution and architectural skills across all Microsoft products and technologies.
Risk Reduction & Benefits Realization
- Contribute to and review government entities internal and/or external project proposals for content; including scope, solution architecture, and proof of concept validation
- Participate in Quality Assurance activities for specific projects. Assist in developing project plans, conduct technical quality audits, and support activities such as design reviews. Project manage as required
- Identify and validate project opportunities for each government entities
- Monitor and manage various initiatives or projects for end-to-end planning and realization of objectives.
- Technical Knowledge Transfer skills and/or facilitation of Knowledge Transfer from Microsoft to the Customer organization.
- Provide best practices on security, systems management, and operations in relationship to Microsoft Technologies.
